Notice signs!

I have always been a strong believer that what is meant to be will happen. And through our life journey, the universe provides “signs” to help us navigate and made choices.

As my knack for systemic thinking has increased, I now see my beliefs and signs as a complex adaptive system – where every element of the system interacts in unpredictable ways – but in ways that are meant to be!

When I saw this "sign" in a gallery recently it was a sign I had to get it – now proudly hanging on my office wall.

December? How did that happen?

What I mean by bespoke!

When it's time to describe the high performing team model I use (Clutterbucks PERILL model) with new clients, I use a version I think will resonate. My newest team does creative things as their day job – I didn’t think a wordy definition would excite them. So, I pulled out an apple tree metaphor version I used with another team a couple of years ago. (That team added resilience to Clutterbuck's original model creating their own bespoke version). My new team have

added birds and worms so far, and refer to themselves a “crew”… so wallah! We have the model below. No doubt there will be further adaptions as work with the team continues.
