Team Growth
Tailored specifically
for you!

High Performing Teams don't happen by accident
They need to be nurtured to grow

What that looks like depends on the teams' unique circumstances

It involves:

  • Building collective awareness and connections within your team.

  • Understanding stakeholders and their ever changing needs.

  • Building team resilience to help navigate  VUCAH* environments.

  • Working on how you work, learning together and reducing silos.

  • Realising the power of your collective capacity and capability, rather than focusing on individual expertise and delivery.  The sum can and should be greater than individual parts.

It's practical, relevant and real!

It's NOT about focusing on a fixed set of High Performing Team criteria created by an academic.

All work is tailored to what works for your team in your particular environment.

Tailored team growth is a Team Coaching approach based on High Performing Teamwork.

An analogy might help. Imagine your team is a tree.  It's about how the roots, trunk, branches  and canopy work together to grow produce  to meet market and other stakeholder needs.  All while experiencing VUCA* conditions – drought, rain,  strong winds, pests and disease, transplanting, and changing stakeholder needs.

I’m like your personal gardener – nurturing your collective growth.

I provide just the right quantities of water, fertiliser and sunshine, at just the right time, all tailored to the teams' specific environmental conditions.  If you need it, I can be a stake to lean on too!

The tree analogy helps to frame up our work during the scoping stage too.

It's like a soil test  - helping to understand what is working well and what needs attention. Depending on findings and resources available, we’ll collaboratively design a growth programme that works for your team.

*VUCAH = volatile, unpredictable, complex, ambiguous, hyperconnected
