Challenges came … and so did curiosity, creativity, experimentation and learning!

2025 Has been another tough year for many – including me at times.

An area that kept me motivated and energised was working on “seeds of thought”. I don’t mean just grafting and borrowing ideas from others – I mean active blending of theory, research, and my own lived experience, into something that’s uniquely mine. Pracademia in practice!

As you know, I’m passionate about Team Coaching. It can really help leaders, teams, and organisations grow and thrive. Becoming a professional team coach takes years – but anyone can take small practical steps to bring a more team-coaching approach into everyday work.

Try one or two in 2026. 

Even focusing on one, like “be present”, can transform how teams connect, collaborate, and grow.

So, slow down – park the “stuff” going on in other parts of life – pay attention to wants right on front of you and listen!

(Seems like good advice when spending time with family and friends over the festive season too!)
