My not to do list…

I was telling my friend in the weekend how exhausted I felt, and how guilty I felt about feeling exhausted. She told me not to be so hard on myself, and list all the things I can stop doing instead. And the notion of my “not to do list” was born (see below).

Trying to achieve our best in the context of the crazy and challenging world we find ourselves in is hard work. I suspect many of you and your teams might be feeling exhausted too. Why not try creating “not to do lists”?

If you, or your team, would like to talk to me (or my wise friend), about your “not to do” options, please get in touch. In the meantime, if you would like to copy some of the items on my list, feel free :-).
