When a team leader I am working with and I conjured up a Beatles analogy for his team, I could see an immediate shift in energy and enthusiasm. The Beatles gave the leader the words to clearly articulate his vision and explain how collaboration and use of strengths would improve the team's collective outcomes. This team would struggle with dry complicated concepts and models (which most are).
Everything I do is bespoke and I draw from an extensive tool kit and my own creativity to bring things to life – the Beatles are a good example.
