Put your own oxygen mask on first!

I am always telling clients to look after themselves. Recently a college reminded me to do the same! So, I’m hiding this week… really hiding… recharging, processing and thinking. And, what a beautiful remote place to find some oxygen.

We all need time to replenish from time to time, and if you are an introvert like me, even more so. Are you putting your own oxygen mask on first?
