Yay! But what does it mean?
- I already hold senior credentials on one-to-one coaching
- I’ve completed 60+ hours of team coaching specific education
- I’ve completed 5+ significant team coaching engagements
- I undertake regular team coaching supervision
- I passed a gnarly exam
i.e. I have done the work and met professional standards.
It feels like everyone is describing themselves a coach or team coach these days. If you are a buyer of coaching, ask about accreditations and certifications before you engage services. You wouldn’t choose a dentist because they just added the word “dentist” to their profile would you?
